Looking at the above graphics, you can easily compare the weather variables recorded at the Historical Center of Thessaloniki, with those recorded at the MAKEDONIA airport located 14 Km South. The differences between the two locations are obvious and show the micro-climate differences. So it is safe to conclude that the "official" values given by the airport weather station, do not represent the real values recorded downtown! |
